Delay, No response, Did not receive, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a laptop so I could work from home during lockdown in the UK . I chose this company due to best price AND stating I would receive it in 5-8 days! This did not happen. They do not answer messages. There email comes back as mailer demon, they are useless. They sent me tracking details in Chinese only, so I downloaded a translate app and the tracking details were useless. After weeks of waiting I bought from Amazon, then out of the blue the DX laptop turned up which I refused to accept. DHL sent it back, and today I finally got my refund from PAYPAL, still nothing from DX, I cant state strongly enough, DO NOT USE DX Dealextreme

I bought few products in order to receive in Brazil, from China, on October, 10th. Until today, I have tried contact, trace, refund.... nothing. If something goes wrong, they simply disappear. No efficient way to contact. Run away of them!

Ordered a product that showed "in stock", did not receive it for a few weeks. Checked DealExtreme, they showed it out of stock. Contacted them, no support. Waited a month to get item to shipped status. Then item is delivered while we are away. They will not redirect to another address, so item is held. We try to pick it up when we get back, but item is now lost. DealExtreme refuses to refund. Opened a complaint with credit card company, still waiting for money back 4 months later.

Now every 2 weeks the customer service asks to wait for more 3 or 4 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable.

Hello, Package shows in DealExtreme as sent since 11-Jul-2019. The tracking site "All-in-One" says it landed in Brazil, but our national post service says there is no package. Our Brazilian post tracking service also does not find any package with this number. There is something wrong... THREE MONTHS are already gone. January 2020... finally after more then 1 year, DX has resolved the problem. They have kept their promises, and refunded me my loss...

nothing yet, since I can not get in contact with DX anymore... their ticket system is out or order. Earlier i have left them a message through messenger...without any response !

january 2018 I bought a scope Uni-T... it starts failing (no start up) months later...

it took me almost 4 most (till october 2018) to get in contact with DX concerning this problem.
December 2018, DX asked me to send the oscilloscope to them, and it would be repaired for 80 €, including shipment back to me (Belgium)
January 2019, I payed the 80 €, and they would keep me informed as soon as it would be sended back to me...
April 2019, DX informed me that these devices are no longer available.... so I could choose something else for the value of 200 € (I payed new price + price repair 280 €)...
I sended them a list with all articles I have chosen for that value...saying May 2019... June 2019, their service site is no longer available, I get always an error 404 "temporarily out of order, go take a coffee and try later again"..

LOL...
So what has to be done now to get in contact with them... I don't wanna lose my money, nor my oscilloscope (although it ain't repaired !

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 ps4 controllers February 27th which upon ordering was told to allow 7-11 business days to receive merchandise. Well it is now June 3rd and I have not received anything. Upon correspondence with customer service I was asked to please allow delay due to the memorial holiday. Are you serious? Then told it "may" be held up with U.S customs. I am currently undergoing investigation through visa because they definitely robbed me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRICES MAY LOOK GOOD BUT THE PURCHASE IS NOT PROMISING.
