They do not deliver, and do not give refunds when they don´t deliver.
I did not get a purchase made more than 4 months ago (January 4th), and that the tracking system shows was retained in a warehouse thousands of miles away. I have exchanged messages daily for months with them requesting my money back, and all I get are deflections and responses that do not address the issue at hand. They keep on asking me to do stuff (contact the postal service, get a document with a stamp from them, etc), making up excuses (the company is changing, someone is on vacation, or on strike, etc), but never commit to a refund.
