New ReviewerI have bought a product to deal extreme and after feal days waiting for may product, I received a local post office message confirming that my package was lost. I try to claim compensation from my local post office, but they answer me "According to international postal regulations, the sender, as the contractor of the distribution service abroad and legally responsible for the object." Then I contact Dealextreme informing to problem and requesting to cover the product value.
They answer me: "We can make a concession that we cover half of the responsibility, that is to say, we can compensate you only half of product value". After I contact Dealextreme many times, they are insisting to cover me only half of product value
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $167.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DealeXtreme Cons: Non-delivery.
