DX is Okay just so long as everything is Okay. If there is a problem, there is a problem because there is only a pretend customer service.
When chatting with the Customer "service" you get is somebody who tells you to: "Don't worry", "Wait some more" and/or "You will get a reply in the ticket system". They are apparently not allowed to say anything else. I have found no way to escape this trio and I have tried.
The ticket system is more or less the same, my package was lost somewhere after clearing customs, local post office confirmed this. Even after providing proof of this the only reply's I've got so far are, 'please wait some more' and divers transparent lies designed to get me to 'wait some more'.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
DealeXtreme Cons: Non-delivery.
